Why does everyone think it's gross that i bite my toe nail?

germs get on your hands, and other stuff gets under your finger nails. but you feet are in socks and shoes all day. no germs no other stuff under the toenail! well you know how people have a habbit of bitting there fingernails. well i have a habbit of bitting my toe nails. why is this gross. everytime i do it people look at me discusted. and i even lost girlfriends over it. girlfriends that have had a habbit of bitting there finger nails which is nasty.Why does everyone think it's gross that i bite my toe nail?

Justin, you need to see a psychiatrist for obsessive compulsive disorder. You may also try leg braces to prevent you from bending your knee. Do you realize how gross it looks to see someone lifting their foot to their face? Buy a nail clipper!!!! and there ARE germs on your feet!
just like you find nasty that someone bits there fingernails thats how other people find nasty the thing you do.. anyways you have the right to do what ever you want just keep it to yourself

Everyone has their own idea of what is gross and what is not. Personally, I don't have a problem with people biting their toenails. It's YOUR OWN toenails, for Gods sake. i don't think it's any grosser than biting your fingernails (and i certainly do admire your flexibility) but it's gross anyway. maybe it could be one of those things you don't do around other people.
